Kenny Cutrer has served as an Elder at Victory Harvest Church since 1980 and as Associate Pastor since 1989.  He is a graduate of M.T.I. Bible College, and has authored a book, Promises Made, Promises Broken, Promises Kept.   Here at Victory, he does marriage and family counseling, teaches and oversees the office staff, deacons and maintenance department. 

Pastor Kenny, and his wife Janice, have a desire to minister to and serve the body of Christ here at Victory.  They also minister as guest speakers at other churches.
